Coach Chester Nichols is a powerful motivational speaker, dedicated to inspiring and motivating athletes to reach their highest potential. As one of the youngest ever assistant women's basketball coaches in 2003, at the age of 25, he was hired on at West Virginia University and the Big East Conference. Hence, he has become an experienced, results-driven professional with 20 years of success in Division I sports.

 

Bringing a creative and clear vision to the coaching world, he has a goal of excelling to the highest level in order to become a leader and transformation agent in women’s college basketball.

As the son of a single mother raised in Ocala, FL, he embraced adversity, and NEVER ran from it. As a result, his journey and impactful story has reached the masses.

With wife, Sylvia, and son, Jalen, as his anchors, he takes a dominating approach to balancing life and work.
